Evanston Immigration Attorney

Hannah Blackwell is an Associate Attorney at Takhsh Law, P.C. Hannah devoted her career to immigration early on, working with immigrant populations throughout her undergraduate and law school careers in various capacities, such as teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) classes; volunteering at naturalization, Asylum, and DACA workshops; and interning with organizations serving low-income and indigent immigrant communities.

Hannah graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a B.A. in Professional Writing and a minor in Political Science (2018), both with cum laude honors. She attended DePaul College of Law in Chicago, where she obtained her J.D. and a certificate in Public Interest Law (2022). Hannah joined Takhsh Law, P.C. to pursue her passion of supporting immigrants as they navigate the often complex U.S. Immigration system. 

In her free time, Hannah enjoys baseball games at Wrigley Field, walking and biking along the lakefront, and traveling. Her explorations of Chicago and the world only serve to further invigorate her interest in cultures and traditions.
